You get 3 attempts for the skill shot, so don't give up after the first try
Take a Chance Wheel: hit captive ball to spell ALIEN and light wheel, award on wheel says how to collect it; or hit loop or captive ball to spin wheel for a different award
If the ball enters the playfield after a skill shot attempt, let it drain for another try. BUT the playfield will validate after 3 switch hits, so make sure this isn't the case before draining for another attempt
If you miss a skill shot plunge, try to get the ball to the flippers without 3 switch hits to avoid playfield validation. You'll be rewarded with a free shot at anything. Usually best to shoot for Road Trip locks or captive ball award
